About

Hi! I’m Tiffany Jean, a pediatric allergy and immunology physician at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. I am also a mother to a son with eczema and sensitive skin. Taking care of a baby is hard enough, but taking care of a baby with rashes can be very stressful. In my medical training, I was primarily taught to treat rashes with prescription medications. Although medications are important, I was interested in a more comprehensive approach.
I spent countless hours reading and studying ingredients of several over the counter products. Then I trialed the products on myself first, and if they were acceptable, on my son. After trying multiple different products, I was able to improve my son’s rashes and sensitive skin. My skincare regimen helped lower the amount of topical steroids he needed. I wanted to share my experience with you, so I designed this guide to help parents improve their baby’s skin rashes.
